Pet Stains and Odor

Many homes that Deep Clean services have pets in the home. We love pets; in fact we have 2 miniature Schnauzers named Cooper & Shy. We also have 2 cats, and their names are Kari andShimmer. Every once in a while we get an occasional “accident”.

Depending on the severity and how long the spots have been present, we can evaluate the probability of a successful removal.
If the pet spot is fresh, (within the last day or two) a simple enzyme spotter is applied to the area and allowed to sit for 15-30 minutes, then extracted.

If severe stains are present, more aggressive measures are taken, including flushing the spot and extracting with a special sub surface tool called the “water claw”.

A post spotter is applied for any remaining stain that is present. This process will take care of 90% of the pet stains that we run into on a daily basis. A word of caution! If a variety of over the counter stain products have been used on the stain before Deep Clean arrives, or if the spot has been there for an extended period of time, it’s less likely of total removal can be achieved.
If there is no visible stain present and you just need to deodorize the home, Deep Clean has various odor control products that we can use to cure the problem.
